 Calever-2409
Description:
 Calever-2409 is a special efficient leveling agent for polyester dye. When
cones of polyester is dyed with disperse dye appear unleveled or the piece of
polyester is dyed with disperse dye appear un-level or the piece of polyester
appear barre.Calever-2409 is used to help the disperse dye coverage the
trouble.

Solubility........................Easily soluble in warm water at any percentage

Property
(1) Increase leveling activity dye to coverage the fibers.
(2) After treatment is very ease.
(3) Do not influence fastness of dyes.
(4) Increase the dispersing property dyes.
(5) It is a kind of environmental protection not including APEO textile leveling agent.

Application
1. About 5 - 10 times warm water is used to soluble on part of Calever-2409
then add the reduced Calever-2409 to the dyed bath.
2. Calever-2409 must be used in the high temperature dyeing method.
3. About 0.2 - 0.5 g/l of Calever-2409 is used for cone dyeing method.
4. About 1 - 1.5g/l of Calever-2409 is used for the un-dyed piece which
is known, appear barre.
5. About 1.5 - 2g/l of Calever-2409 is suggested to be used for the treat-
ment of the dyed piece which has barre.
6. About 0.2 - 0.5 g/l of Calever-2409 is suggested to used for normal
dyeing method.

Packing and storage: 120 kgs in PE drum or200kgs PE drum. Storage-
time 6 months, we suggest keep goods in cool and
dry place.
