Casofter-252AH is the polyester polymer emulsion, which has high molecular weight. Casofter-252AH has good wash fastness and soft handle. Because Casofter-252AH has the anionic structure, so has good affinity with nylon, and it can use in nylon and blend goods.
Casofter-252AH is the anionic, which can improve hydrophility.
Casofter-252AH gives good soil resisting, anti-static effect to polyester
and nylon.

Characteristics
1. Casofter-252AH is the dye bath lubricants, anti-crease agent that applies in preparedness process(scouring,desizing,bleaching) and dye process of the nylon and blend goods. It can remove coagulation phenomenon of the spinning oil and copolymer.

2. Casofter-252AH can as the softening, soil resisting, anti-static agent in the after-treated process. Casofter-252AH has excellent effect to knitting goods. It would gives permanent wash fastness, if treat with below 150℃and heat setting one minute.

3. It has good compatibility with all kinds of silicone and fatty type softening agent. It would give special soft handle in all fibre. If treated by heat setting, it would improve durability.

4. As the raising oiling agent of the polyester and acrylic using.

5. Low foam and simple operating.

6. Do not affect dye fastness.
It can use with dyestuffs and fluorescent dyes.

7. Good heat resistance.
It can prevent the phenomenon of heat melt of all fibre.
Casofter-252AH has excellent preventing effect of the disperst dyestuffs in dye or soaping process.
8. Good lubricant.
It can important the dye-leveling ability in dyeing.

9. Give excellent water absorption for all fibre.
Improve the effect of soil resisting and anti-static.

We recommend that before using Cafinish w-15 laboratory
tests should be carried out to determine product stability
and compatibility and the optimum biocide level.

Incompatible materials

The activity of Cafinish w-15 will be affected at strongly
acid or alkaline Ph-stability may be reduced in the presence
of large amounts of primary and secondary amines.

Packing and storage : 25kgs in PE drums drum put on cool & dry place can be available 6 months.

1.Casofter-222 is highly concentration liquid type softer easily process and dissolve in warm water. Casofter-222 impart cotton fabric bulky, dry, non oily soft handle even after several wash process still have soft effect.
2.Casofter-222 imparts cotton fabric good hydrophilic property compare to use other cationic softener.
3. Casofter-222 is excellent able to bear the soda pH11~12.Reduce soft spot probability that the cloth does not totally neutralization.
4.Low-yellowing for white fabric.
5. Casofter-222 have excellent antistatic effect, so can impart fabric bulky effect.

New powerful and economical reducer for cleaning and vat dyeing in the textile industry. This new type reducing agent Cableach-1060 (conc.) is rapidly taking the place of Hydrosulfite due to its high efficiency and freedom from an offensive order peculiar to Hydrosulfite treatment.

Cableach-1060 (conc.) can use together with Caustic Soda, Sodium Carbonate, etc… in the same way as the conventional Hydrosulfite method Cableach-1060 (conc.) strong will save the total cost to 30 – 50% of Hydosulfite method owing to its powerful reducing reaction.

Cableach-1060 (conc.) strong reducing action comes from that Cableach-1060 (conc.) produces Sodium Sulfoxylate having remarkable reducing power in Alkaline Solution.
